Well let me start by saying my first and last the resort need to train their employees and managers very unprofessional and rude and liars got here Friday 11-24-23 when notice were my room was # 470 was very far from the main lobby ,just had a knee surgery they told me no rooms available had to wait until next day . My daughter was in 370 found a bug in the bed she complaint also told her no rooms available later in the evening offer her room 436 bad smell in the room like weed she when down again around 8:00 pm after an hour the manager when to her room 370 just handed the keys to room 423 didn’t apologize at all we are very upset at the way they handled my situation and my daughter. Furniture in the lobby very dirty carpet in the hallways and in the rooms very dirty, shower head had black mold . We try to go on Saturday to Bimini beach club couldn’t go in because Virgin cruise had the hold beach for them .We came back to the hotel to enjoy the pool it was a mission the get an umbrella at the pool and by the way the pool have a crack on the floor .

Cruises should stop selling expensive tickets to a overcrowded beach. All this money to come here and can’t even find at least one empty beach chair to put our stuff and enjoy the beach. I’m deeply disappointed and wish I never paid to come to this beach. My next cruise I will make sure to stay away from this stupid resort. And I won’t be losing any money for sure again.

Our flight was canceled (Silver airways), so you need to have this location saved! They book the ferry and private flights back to the USA. The ferry was booked, private flight was $250/person. They also do excursions from this location. We did the shipwreck snorkeling. The tides were very strong and I would say DO NOT GO SNORKELING if you are elderly or out of shape. Someone had to go to the hospital and multiple people had to be rescued. The current there is extremely strong and not for the average swimmer. However, the staff were amazing and provided drinks to and from the site. Not many fish, but you can swim inside the ship. Make sure you are up to date on your tetanus vaccination.
